I'm a NYC-based recipe developer. I started Canned Sam to share my kitchen projects and experiments, and the recipes that come out of them with you. On Canned Sam, you'll find plant-forward recipes for omnivores. Current interests include: perfecting gluten-free bakes, reading cozy romances, and half-finishing almost everything I start.
